During the Data Scan, we map the data landscape of our clients, assess the situation and its impact on the proposed scope for the Proof of Value. The Data Scan takes place a few weeks before the Proof of Value and is an inspiration for the data road map. We provide it as a part of the deliverables.
The Proof of Value phase has an execution period of two to eight weeks. A strong focus is put on quick wins on which our clients can build up gradually and in a sustainable way.
